Trainers Challenge Winners 2012

The Trainer’s Challenge, sponsored by NAERIC, showcased the talents of three outstanding horse trainers; Dale Clearwater from Hanley, Saskatchewan, Cain Quam from Kendal, Saskatchewan and Kade Mills, from Innisfail, Alberta. All three amazing horseman thrilled the crowd during each session with their individual skills. At the end of the event, hometown favorite Dale Clearwater was awarded the Championship title.

The second annual Saskatchewan Equine Expo will be held at Saskatoon Prairieland Park, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This three day expo will offer educational seminars, hands-on clinics, demonstrations, industry trade show, association meetings and the opportunity for horse enthusiasts to network.

The Objective

To present equine related lectures, presentations, entertainment, and opportunities focusing on the Equine Industry in Saskatchewan.
To encourage involvement from equine enthusiasts and the general public.
To create an annual conference setting for the purpose of addressing pertinent issues affecting the horse industry in Saskatchewan.

The Expertise

Saskatoon Prairieland Park is working with a volunteer committee consisting of members of the Saskatchewan Horse Federation, the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, and various equine breed groups to facilitate this three day equine event. The group will address the needs of horse owners and horse lovers by engaging industry experts, respected clinicians, and renowned presenters.
